We are currently seeking a Quality Assistant **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implement and monitor the Organization's Management System * Document policies, procedures, manuals, forms, and internal and external audits (management) * Follow up on corrective actions * Strategic planning of the Management System **REQUIREMENTS:** * Valid and up-to-date documentation * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Preferred experience of 1 year in Management Systems, Regulatory Compliance, and/or Quality areas * Minimum age of 23 years * Marital status: no restrictions * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Project is preferred * Analytical person with strong time management skills **ATTITUDES:** * Interpersonal skills * Results-oriented mindset * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure
