Incident and reporting management 3. Retail portal handling and intermediate Excel skills CONTROL TOWER Bachelor's degree completed Retail portal handling Intermediate-level Excel proficiency Responsibilities: Track product delivery in coordination with the traffic department, clients, and end customers. Monitor product shipments, rejections, and cancellations. Schedule and confirm appointments. Generate reports, KPIs, and incident logs. Track insurance claims.
