AT GRUPO MOTIVA AND ALLIANZ, WE ARE SEEKING: ***PAYROLL ANALYST – 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE*** ***INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH DESIRED*** Position Objective Contribute to the proper functioning of the payroll department by ensuring timely calculation and payment of salaries and benefits. The role will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date employee information, guaranteeing accurate and punctual payroll processing, as well as compliance with tax and legal obligations related to payroll taxes and employer contributions. Requirements ? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration. ? Intermediate–advanced English (mandatory due to interaction with the Group). ? Five years of experience in similar roles. ? Solid knowledge of payroll processing, severance calculations, and employee benefits administration. ? Experience with IMSS, SAR, Infonavit, and payroll-related taxes. ? Knowledge of accounting and taxation. ? Support during audits. Key Responsibilities ? Payroll and severance calculations. ? Calculation and payment of employer contributions (IMSS, SAR, Infonavit, Fonacot, and ISN). ? Account reconciliations and ledger tie-outs. ? Administration of benefits (e.g., food vouchers, restaurant vouchers, loans, among others). ? Responding to employee inquiries, requests, or requirements related to the payroll area. ? Addressing requirements from IMSS, Infonavit, and internal/external audits. We Offer Salary: MXN $27,000 gross per month Benefits: Statutory benefits, life insurance, major medical expense insurance, food and restaurant vouchers, savings fund, savings box, 20 vacation days per year, annual performance bonus, among others.
