Proven experience as a SailPoint Developer. Practical experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or SailPoint IdentityIQ. Programming knowledge in Java, BeanShell, or similar languages. Experience working with SQL, LDAP, or directory services. Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. · Responsibilities Develop and customize solutions in SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ. Configure identity models, workflows, and rules within the platform. Implement and optimize access provisioning and access certification processes. Collaborate with business units and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Integrate SailPoint with various applications, systems, and data sources using connectors and APIs. Identify and resolve technical issues related to identity management. Perform testing and validation to ensure proper functionality of solutions. Document system configurations, processes, and workflows. Stay current with new SailPoint features and best practices. · Desired Knowledge Certifications in SailPoint or identity management technologies. Experience with cloud-based identity solutions. Knowledge of Identity Governance.
