Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment, including pumps, electrical panels, and emergency power plants, as well as operational inspections and completion of technical reports. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of electromechanical equipment and critical systems 2. Handling maintenance reports and operational inspections 3. Support for general condominium maintenance Preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment Inspection of pumps, electrical panels, and emergency power plants Handling of maintenance reports Operational inspections of facilities Completion of logbooks and technical reports Support for general condominium maintenance WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: 1 PM to 10 PM Saturday and Sunday: 8 AM to 2 PM Rotating weekend days off. Minimum 1 year of experience in electromechanical maintenance. Knowledge required in: * Emergency power plants * Hydraulic pumps and lift stations * Electrical panels * HVAC and air conditioning * Lighting and electrical systems * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Basic use of tools and multimeter Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Education: * Primary school (Desirable) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) * General maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
