Position Summary: We are seeking a person with a positive attitude and willingness to perform preventive and corrective maintenance work in a mixed-use commercial building. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to diagnose specialized tasks Job Description: We are looking for a person with a positive attitude and willingness to work in a mixed-use commercial building located in the Centro neighborhood of CDMX. **SKILLS:** Basic knowledge of: \* Masonry: installing tiles, mounting wall cabinets, repairing leaks, applying waterproofing agents, repairing walls, etc. \* Plumbing: unclogging drains, inspecting water tanks, detecting and repairing simple leaks, cleaning filters. \* Electrical work: checking pump operation, replacing light bulbs or fuses. \* Carpentry: sanding and varnishing furniture, finishing wooden floors. \* Painting and repairs: applying paint to walls and surfaces. Driving experience and a Class A driver's license are desirable. **Responsibilities:** \* Performing preventive and corrective tasks to maintain facilities and common areas in good condition. \* Providing accurate diagnostics for tasks requiring specialists. \* Purchasing tools and materials, and maintaining an inventory. \* Reporting malfunctions to management. \* Conducting daily inspections of equipment to ensure proper operation. **WE OFFER:** Bi-weekly salary Statutory benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 (two rotating days off) Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send their CV or job application to janet@acha.tv Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
