Job Summary: Support personnel management, execute the full recruitment and selection cycle—including interviews and training—and manage performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the full recruitment and selection cycle for personnel. 2. Conducts and interprets psychometric tests and performance KPIs. 3. Provides personnel support and assistance in training. **HR Assistant:** Assist in personnel administration, recruitment and selection, conducting interviews, hiring, onboarding, training, and personnel support; administer psychometric tests; develop and interpret performance indicators or KPIs. **Documentation**: Updated tax status certificate **Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** Salary: $10,400.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred) * Recruitment and Selection: 1 year (Preferred) * Onboarding: 1 year (Preferred) * Hiring: 1 year (Preferred) * Psychometric Tests: 1 year (Preferred) * KPI: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
