Job Summary: SSITEL is seeking a Construction Coordinator with experience in fiber optic construction and project management, reconciling and managing activities with clients and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in coordination and management of construction projects. 2. Reconciliation and validation with clients regarding amounts and services. 3. Supervision of progress, inventories, and employee performance. **SSITEL is seeking a Construction Coordinator in Guelatao \- Iztapalapa, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in this position. * **Willingness to travel** * Valid driver's license. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Experience using an ERP system. * Regulations governing fiber optic construction and installation. * Traffic safety and civil protection regulations. * Blueprint interpretation. * Analysis of operational costs. * Proficiency in operating standard and automatic vehicles. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate with the client to align work execution according to their needs. * Manage client validation of financial amounts related to the work performed. * Manage and coordinate with the client service requests and purchase orders for work completion. * Verify compliance with activities on the client’s platforms. * Address and resolve penalties imposed by the client. * Monitor adherence to delivery timelines established by the client. * Validate construction progress in the ERP system. * Review material inventory with the Warehouse Manager to support planned activities. * Approve recalculations for material supply. * Identify and manage employee training needs. * Manage and authorize payments to operational suppliers. * Evaluate employee performance. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary: $22,000 to $38,000 * Statutory benefits * Flexible working hours, as required by operations, Monday through Saturday. **WORK LOCATION:** * **Office: 80%, Field: 20%.** * Phone and WhatsApp\*, HR Contact **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Construction **Industry:** Telecommunications **Skills:** * Frustration tolerance * Working under pressure * Industry-specific experience *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e7a2c93500003900c6d9bb\&source\=indeed*
