Development in standardization, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT** Manufacturing industry Responsible for supporting the company’s production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and achievement of production targets **REQUIREMENTS:** Recent graduates in Industrial Engineering or related fields (interns and/or degree holders); non-chemical engineering backgrounds welcome / professional growth opportunity Ages 23 to 30, no gender preference **Preference given to candidates with 1–2 years of experience in a production industry; if recently graduated, this is an opportunity to work in manufacturing.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Enter production standardization data into the company’s internal system * Monitor personnel incidents * Implement 5S and KPIs * Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma in manufacturing * Knowledge of ISO 9001 * Future responsibility: develop process flow diagrams · Intermediate Excel skills · Submit daily reports to the Production Manager (topics include improvements and results) · Proactive, strong communication skills, sense of urgency, decision-making ability, and capacity to work under pressure · Leadership qualities and good character **WE OFFER:** Monthly net salary of $10,000 / weekly payment Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (occasional Saturday on-call duty) Prestaciones de Ley (statutory benefits) from day one Immediate availability Work location: Calz.
