We seek: A Systems Technician specialized in software and hardware support to join our IT team. You will be responsible for providing technical support, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance for computer equipment, networks, and internal company systems. Responsibilities * Installation and configuration of software and hardware. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * On-site and remote technical support for users. * Configuration of networks, printers, and devices. * Technical fault diagnosis and resolution. * Basic administration of Windows operating systems. * Data and equipment backup and updates. Requirements * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support.
