Location (Cuauhtémoc, 10 minutes from Patriotismo Metro Station) **TRAINING ANALYST** **Position Objective** To plan, design, and coordinate technical, administrative, operational, and developmental training and development programs nationwide by applying needs-assessment surveys and project-specific requirements, thereby complying with labor regulations regarding training and development, as well as ensuring qualified personnel possessing the necessary knowledge and skills for effective job performance. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Education, Administration, or related field. * Experience: 2–5+ years in training, organizational development, or e-learning. Knowledge of instructional design and learning theories (andragogy), e-learning content development (Storyline, Captivate, Rise, etc.), LMS management (Moodle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors), training program evaluation, data analysis, and report generation. **Job Functions or Activities** * Analyze and process external course requests, including assessment and evaluation of the requesting department’s course needs through to payment request submission to the vendor. * Submit Estafeta Mexicana’s and Servicios de Apoyo’s training plans to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS), as well as issue skill certification documents for delivered training events. * Design training course materials in accordance with established pedagogical standards, models, and corporate branding guidelines. * Schedule, coordinate, report on, and follow up on promotional, institutional, technical, operational, and administrative courses authorized by the Corporate Training Management. * Conduct and interpret needs assessments using evaluation questionnaires and interviews. **What We Offer You** * Growth opportunities. * Productivity bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Premiums above statutory requirements. **Why Join Estafeta?** This vacancy is open to talent with disabilities.
