




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to support information management, processing follow-up, and patient service within the economic-administrative department. Consolidation and statistical data analysis **TEMPORARY POSITION – THREE MONTHS** We are looking for your talent as: Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, LAE in the economic-administrative area ***Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (to be determined)*** **Work locations: SEDENA (Polanco) and FUCAM (Coapa)** **Requirements:** * Degree in Economic-Administrative Fields * Data entry and database information management * Administrative work, tracking, and reporting * 1 year of administrative experience * Customer service orientation **Main Responsibilities:** * Data entry and database information management. * Administrative work, tracking, and reporting * Supporting physicians with all administrative procedures * Advising patients on the administrative process required to begin their inclusion procedure and evaluation studies at the corresponding Public Health Institution. * Consolidating, analyzing, and reporting statistical information regarding patients Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 MXN per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * Data entry and database information management: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
