The ideal candidate combines advanced expertise in Backend architectures and data management, along with technical capability to perform minor, corrective, and infrastructure optimization maintenance tasks. If you are an expert at resolving complex production system challenges and possess deep knowledge of enterprise application lifecycles, this role is designed for you. Your impact will be direct: ensuring business continuity while collaborating on innovative designs that will transform our daily operations. ### **Responsibilities** * Perform corrective, preventive, and optimization maintenance activities on production systems and infrastructure. * Address technical support requests and provide specialized advisory services to authorized service desk users. * Analyze critical incidents to deliver definitive solutions aligned with the company’s development processes. * Participate in design review sessions for structural changes, contributing the operational technical perspective. * Provide technical assistance to the testing team to ensure delivery quality in the production environment. * Manage implementation of new requirements, ensuring smooth transition into operations. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide advisory services for mission-critical applications. ### **Requirements** **Education:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. **Experience:** Demonstrable senior-level experience in production application support, technological infrastructure maintenance, and operation of Full Stack ecosystems with focus on Backend and data handling. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Backend: Java, Microservices, WS, Run My Process, BAW, .NET, and VBasic. * Data: Hadoop, BigQuery, MySQL, SPARK, Dataflow, SAS, SQL, DB2, and Informatica. * Environments: Management and deployment in Cloud and On-Premise architectures. * Application maintenance processes and software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Infrastructure management for production applications. * Support methodologies and service desk practices (ITIL). **Conditions** --------------- * **Indefinite-term contract or Contractor** — We aim for long-term relationships and want you to be part of our family for many years! * **Seeking professional growth?** At Sofka, we offer a **learning ecosystem** with multiple tools to bridge skill gaps and enhance your capabilities.
