\- Completed civil engineering degree. \- Intermediate to advanced English (desirable). \- Minimum of 3 years' experience in building maintenance positions (industrial parks). \- Knowledge and experience in more than one of the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, construction, fire protection systems, roofing and heating/cooling systems, pump room maintenance, HVAC electrical systems, building inspections. \- Availability to work outdoors for most of the day. \- Ability to manage daily projects and tasks, as well as problem resolution. \- Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and follow-up with suppliers and external contractors. \- Valid driver's license required. \- Availability to travel.
