Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Project Architect to design, develop, and document architectural projects, ensuring their feasibility and compliance. You will be responsible for the design, development, and technical documentation of architectural projects, ensuring their feasibility, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client requirements. Key Responsibilities: · Develop architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, details) using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD. · Concept catalog · Prepare preliminary designs, descriptive reports, and documentation packages for municipal permits. · Coordinate with engineers (structural, MEP) and other specialists to integrate technical solutions. · Project tracking (scheduling) · Perform quantity take-offs and material specifications. · Ensure compliance with local regulations (accessibility, safety, energy efficiency). · Support problem resolution during the construction phase. · 3D modeling (proficiency in Revit, Lumion) · Intermediate Excel proficiency Requirements: · Architecture degree or architecture intern · Minimum 2–3 years of experience in architectural project development within industrial construction (industrial warehouses and production plants) · Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design tools. · Knowledge of construction regulations. · Teamwork, organizational, and deadline-management skills. · 100% availability for travel.
