Our offer includes: * **Compensation**: MXN 23,000–25,000 net per month, plus statutory benefits and above-market extras * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Location**: Lomas Verdes, Naucalpan, State of Mexico. **What We Are Looking For** * 2–4 years of experience as: Network Engineer, Network Consultant, Network Analyst, Cisco Analyst, Network and Security Consultant, Network Help Desk, Network and Security Service Desk, or NOC Engineer. * 2–3 years of experience with dynamic routing protocols (EBGP/BGP, ISIS, EIGRP, OSPF); network support and configuration (TCP/IP, Port-Channel, VPC, Spanning Tree, RADIUS, and other network devices such as switches and routers), routing, VLANs, Wi-Fi, Internet protocols (IPv4/IPv6), and software-defined networking (SDN). * 2 years of experience with monitoring platforms such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog, Monitor, Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, Dynatrace, or others. * 1–2 years of experience using network analysis tools such as Wireshark, Splunk, Nmap, Burp. * Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Remedy, System Center, SolarWinds, Nagios, Tivoli, etc. * Adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), critical-to-quality (CTQ) indicators, and service reporting (KPI dashboards). * Management of dependencies such as Active Directory, RMS, Policies, DNS, DHCP, Data Packets, etc. * Documentation and process management aligned with ISO, ITIL, or COBIT best practices. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree — incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Entry Level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Telecommunications **Skills:** * NOC/SOC, Networks, Cabling, Network Infrastructure * Monitoring: PRTG, SNMP, Firewalls, Wi-Fi * Access Points, Routers, Switches * LAN/WAN/WLAN, Wireless, Ticketing * Access Points, Network Equipment *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69cc5da66500004000143bc5\&source\=indeed*
