




Position Summary: Somnoresp is seeking an experienced Human Resources Leader with expertise in administration, recruitment, payroll, and labor relations to join its team. Key Highlights: 1. Join our team as: Human Resources Leader Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management Engineering, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum three years of experience as an HR generalist, Human Capital Coordinator, Human Resources Specialist, or related role. * Knowledge of payroll incidents, pre-payroll processing, labor relations, and recruitment. * Proficiency in: Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), and National Workers' Consumer Fund (FONACOT). * Experience with payroll software (e.g., Contpaqi, Nomilinea, Aspel, etc.). * Valid driver's license. Activities: * Competency-based recruitment and selection aligned with each company position profile. * Job descriptions and position profiling. * Onboarding and offboarding processes. * Internal personnel file management. * Administration of socioeconomic studies. * Preparation and/or renewal of employment contracts according to position profiles. * Drafting of administrative minutes. * Attendance, birthdays, special events, and orientation tracking. * Structural renewal of the department and organizational development. * Preparation of pre-payroll and payroll for branch personnel. * Payroll receipt stamping. * Tracking of punctuality bonuses and food voucher cards. * Monitoring of payroll benefits payments. * Personnel incident tracking. * Calculation of severance payments and/or settlements. * Identification of training needs. * Administration of psychometric tests.
