




***POSITION: GENERAL ACCOUNTANT, TAXES AND PAYABLES TO SUPPLIERS*** *"PROFESSIONAL LICENSE IS MANDATORY"* **Responsibilities:** General Accounting and Taxes: * Record and review daily accounting transactions, including income, expenses, and accounts receivable and payable. * Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT, Income Tax, and withholdings. * Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. * Conduct account analyses and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations. * Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. **Payables to Suppliers:** * Process and verify supplier invoices and related expenses. * Maintain an organized system for recording and paying outstanding invoices. * Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies on invoices. * Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure proper receipt of goods and services prior to payment. * Maintain up-to-date records of payments made and accounts payable. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years’ prior experience in general accounting, taxes, and payables to suppliers. * In-depth knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations. * Experience handling tax filings and regulatory compliance. * Familiarity with accounting systems and software, such as Excel and financial management systems. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Collaborative work environment. * Statutory benefits. **Working Hours:** * Mon–Fri 8:00–13:30 / 14:30–18:00 hrs. and Saturdays 10:00–13:00 hrs. **Salary:** * $20,000–$25,000 gross (depending on qualifications) Position Type: Trial period Salary: $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
