Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field (with diploma and professional license) Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions Knowledge: Preventive and corrective maintenance and requirements for point-of-sale devices such as CPUs, printers, and scanners. Incident reporting Adherence to assigned work plans Administration and safeguarding of computer equipment Willingness to relocate Vehicle operation knowledge and valid driver's license Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve hardware- and software-related issues. System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure computer system functionality and efficiency. User Support: Provide technical assistance to users, resolving specific queries and issues. System Updates: Keep systems and applications up to date by installing the latest versions and security patches. Network Management: Monitor and maintain computer networks, including servers and connectivity devices.
