Job Summary: Responsible for documentation, tracking of technical changes, design reviews, 3D modeling, engineering analysis, and support in the development and resolution of component-related issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Documentation and tracking of technical changes 2. Creation and modification of 3D models and drawings 3. Finite element analysis and support for serial production issues Documentation and tracking of technical changes; ensure technical lists (ECA). * Review of drawings for technical proposals and documentation (LAH). * Creation and modification of 3D models and drawings (CREO/CATIA V5\); DMU analysis and generation of views/sketches. * Perform finite element analysis on parts requiring it, e.g., brackets. * Creation and/or modification of PDMs using VMP; release of drawings in KVS. * Track development and delivery of engine/hybrid/electric components. * Support for serial production issues and proposal of solutions (obsolete materials, overconsumption, alternative parts). * Savings program: idea generation, implementation tracking and control. * Organization and documentation of follow-up meetings; preparation of status and financial reports. * Server/control table administration; control and management of IT resources. * Tracking of parts before, during, and after testing; generation of statistics and reporting/escalation of results. * Analysis of measurements and experiments; release recommendations. * Monitoring and status reporting for test benches, functional/durability/laboratory tests, and special tests. * Communication with suppliers (analysis and reporting). * Failure analysis: diagnosis, root cause, and corrective actions. * Logistics for acquisition, collection, transportation, and shipment of parts (internal, domestic, and international).
