A leading fintech company launching operations in Mexico is looking for your talent as: Junior IT/Network Engineer **Requirements:** \- Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, IT or related field (completed) \- Advanced conversational English required \- Knowledge of enterprise network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, H3C, Fortinet, etc.) \- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, subnets, OSI model). \- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory. **Responsibilities:** * Provide first- and second-line technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, and in person, ensuring a positive customer service experience. * Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and various applications (e.g., Windows 10/11, macOS). * Manage user accounts in Active Directory (create, disable, reset passwords, group membership). * Install, configure, and troubleshoot authorized operating systems and software applications. * Manage IT inventory of hardware, software, and peripherals.
