Key role in coordinating and assessing automotive repairs. **CGE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP** **Position: Damage Appraiser** **Location: Aguascalientes** **Main Responsibilities** * Inspect vehicles with bodywork, paint, or mechanical damage. * Identify visible and hidden damage resulting from accidents. * Capture photographic evidence of vehicles. * Prepare detailed repair estimates. * Use appraisal systems. * Track authorizations and budget extensions. * Explain repair scope and delivery timelines to customers. * Issue work orders and coordinate with body shops, paint shops, and mechanics. * Conduct supplementary appraisals upon identifying additional damage. **Position Profile** **Education:** Automotive technician, mechanical, bodywork and painting technician, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in automotive damage appraisal. * Experience in collision repair shops, dealerships, or insurance companies. **Technical Knowledge:** * Bodywork and painting processes * Basic structural repairs * Automotive parts * Repair time standards * Appraisal systems * Work order management **Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail * Effective communication * Negotiation with insurance companies * Results-oriented * Organization * Ability to work under pressure * Customer service **We Offer** * **$12,000 gross monthly \+ bonuses** * Additional benefits beyond statutory requirements * Life insurance * Growth opportunities within the company Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $17,000.00 per month Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * General maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) * Mechanics: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
