Our compensation package includes: * **Base Salary**: MXN 27,000 (tax-free), statutory benefits, 100% nominal salary, Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Grocery Vouchers, Vacation Days, Paid Absence Days, and Year-End Bonus (Aguinaldo). * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Modality**: Hybrid **What We’re Looking For** * 2–3 years of experience as an Applications Engineer, Middleware Support Specialist, or System Administrator — including infrastructure support and middleware administration. * Preferred experience in banking, financial, or FinTech sectors. * Availability to respond to incidents, scheduled maintenance windows, migrations, etc. * 2–3 years of experience in development, support, maintenance, and migration of web applications using C# and .NET Core (v5 or higher), adhering to object-oriented programming (OOP) and MVC patterns. * 2 years of experience handling integrations, designing RESTful APIs, and managing microservices. * 2–3 years of experience with SQL Server 2019 and Oracle 12 or later. * 1 year of experience supporting version releases, managing Windows Server and Linux (RedHat, CentOS, RHEL), and administering web servers such as IIS (Middleware); automation and scripting using PowerShell, Shell Scripting (Bash), or Python. * 1–2 years of experience with GitHub, DevOps CI/CD pipeline management, and familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (basic concepts), or migration toward AWS/Azure environments. * Desired tools for performance monitoring and log analysis: Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, or Prometheus. * Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, BMC, Jira, Zendesk, etc. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree (incomplete) **Desired Experience Level:** Entry Level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Software Development / Programming **Skills:** * .NET Core API applications * C# RESTful APIs, Azure, AWS * Web servers, MVC, OOP * IIS, .NET, Java, Scripting (Bash) * Windows containers, Git *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a01014a36000031003b7c88\&source\=indeed*
