Job Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Assistant with experience in electricity, plumbing, light masonry, and gardening to support early childhood development. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking talent for the position of: **GENERAL MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * 3 years of experience * Flexible schedule availability * Valid driver's license **Skills** * Responsibility and reliability * Service-oriented attitude * Teamwork * Proactivity * Attention to detail * Effective basic communication * Availability and adaptability * **Electrical maintenance, plumbing, light masonry, and gardening.** * **Basic handling of hand and power tools for maintenance** **Responsibilities:** Must possess practical knowledge in: **Basic electricity** * Light bulbs, lamps, and luminaires * Switches (light switches) * Electrical outlets * Inspection of extension cords, plugs, and multi-outlets * Support in preventive maintenance * Cleaning of luminaires * Electrical panels (externally) * Visual verification of: fuses and circuit breakers (thermal-magnetic breakers) * Installation of raceways or supports * Simple wiring (non-specialized) * Support to electricians in major jobs **Basic plumbing** * Repair of minor leaks * Replacement of faucets and accessories * Simple unclogging: drains, clogged sinks, use of basic tools (plumber's snakes) * Water valves (sinks, countertops) * Showerheads * Toilet hoses * Adjustment of toilet tank floats * Leak response * Identification of: drips in visible pipes, seepage at connections, and simple sealing using Teflon tape or gaskets * Basic installation of: toilets and sinks (simple leveling) **Light masonry** * Patching and repairs * Basic painting * Waterproofing * Minor adjustments to installations **Gardening** * Lawn mowing * Irrigation * Cleaning of green areas **Other responsibilities:** * Monitoring building entry and registration of people or supplies entering the building. * Loading, stacking, packing, securing vehicles and buildings, vehicle and supply transportation. **Working hours:** **Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** **We offer:** * **MONTHLY GROSS SALARY $12,000.00** * **STATUTORY BENEFITS: IMSS, VACATIONS, BONUS, ETC.** * **ADDITIONAL VACATION DAYS FROM YEAR ZERO OF SENIORITY** * **MONTHLY GROCERY VOUCHER CARD EQUAL TO 12% OF MONTHLY GROSS SALARY.** * **LIFE INSURANCE WITH GNP FOR 36 MONTHS OF SALARY** * **FUNERAL EXPENSE ASSISTANCE** * **PAID LEAVE DAYS** * If you are interested and possess the required knowledge and experience, please apply through this channel.
