Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Specialist with a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy to design and deliver training programs, develop instructional materials, and evaluate training processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and structure training programs for new employees. 2. Facilitate in-person training sessions using active learning methodologies. 3.
