Job Summary: We are seeking operational personnel for the construction and maintenance of aerial telecommunications networks, ensuring infrastructure meets high-quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in network construction and handling of specialized tools. 2. Ability to read network diagrams and work collaboratively in teams. 3. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and professional ethics. We seek operational personnel with experience in constructing aerial telecommunications networks. The primary objective is to perform cable laying, installation of network components, and securing infrastructure on poles or within ducts, while complying with quality and industrial safety standards. **Essential Technical Requirements** To be considered, candidates must have solid experience in: * **Network Construction:** Installation of hardware, fiber optic (FO) cable laying, and distribution cable laying. * **Network Components:** Installation and handling of **NAP enclosures**. * **Tool Handling:** Use of **cable winding pole**, **fiber cleaving machines**, **capstans**, and manual telecommunications tools. * **Work at Heights:** Knowledge and application of safety protocols (e.g., harness, lanyard, and ladders). **Desired Profile** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year working on fiber optic construction crews. * **Skills:** Ability to read network diagrams, service-oriented attitude, responsibility, professional ethics, proactiveness, and teamwork capability. * **Availability:** Willingness to work on-site within CDMX and the metropolitan area. **DOCUMENTATION MUST BE SUBMITTED:** \- Employment Application (including professional and personal references) \- Curriculum Vitae with evidence of prior work experience Salary: $4,000\.00 per week Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have as a Fiber Optic Installer?
