Team leadership and conflict resolution **100% Mexican flexographic company seeking YOUR talent due to growth:** **QMS COORDINATOR** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, update, control, and manage all activities related to the Quality Management System * Apply material identification labels correctly to ensure physical traceability of FSC-certified materials. * Segregate and identify certified materials to prevent mixing with non-certified ones (operational staff) * Notify about the presence of non-conforming products within the facilities (operational staff) **Technical Skills:** * Regulatory control and updating * Sampling techniques * ISO 9001-2015 and Quality Management Systems * Intermediate-Advanced Office proficiency * Use and handling of observation and measurement tools * Kaizen or other continuous improvement methodologies **Soft Skills:** * Leading teams to achieve objectives * Decision-making * Conflict resolution * Problem analysis * Assertive communication (oral and written) **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Occupational Safety, or related fields. Desirable certifications: Internal/External Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 45001). Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role within manufacturing or related industries. Extensive experience in QMS implementation and internal/external audits.
