Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. Manage the maintenance technician team, assigning tasks and supervising their execution. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising maintenance in industrial or production environments. * Solid knowledge in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control. * Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
