Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Drafter to create technical drawings and 2D/3D digital models of mechanical equipment, coordinating with engineers and manufacturing personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation of technical drawings and 2D/3D digital models of mechanical equipment 2. Coordination with engineers and manufacturing personnel for detailed design 3. Support to the engineering team and standardization of design documents Position Requested: **Mechanical Drafter** **Education: Technical degree and/or incomplete degree** Job Responsibilities * Create technical drawings, manufacturing schematics, and 2D and 3D digital models of mechanical equipment designs using measurements, specifications, and additional data provided by the engineering team * Collect initial drawings, calculations, and design concepts from engineers, and consolidate all relevant data into coherent and complete initial design models for review and revision * Coordinate directly with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements, verify design details, and recommend modifications as needed in accordance with company standards and best practices * Record and verify all numerical designations and specifications on technical drawings and schematics using CAD software and manual calculations when necessary * Communicate with manufacturing personnel to develop detailed designs prior to production and assist in the design, creation, and testing of production molds * Provide support to the engineering team as required by creating technical drawings and digital models within deadlines and utilizing multiple methods to ensure deliverables include all relevant design details * Assist in ongoing projects to standardize and unify design document standards by participating in meetings and preparing presentation materials as needed Requirements: · Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, 3D, and SolidWorks * Excellent technical communication skills with engineers and manufacturing personnel * Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills * Ability to work within strict deadlines * Capability to identify potential suppliers to support job functions * Knowledge of English and International System of Units (SI), and proficiency in using measuring instruments Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Savings fund Experience: * AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred) * SolidWorks: 1 year (Preferred) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Work Location: On-site employment Salary: $13,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
