Requirements: * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electricity, Electronics, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of general maintenance experience. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance within restaurants, industrial kitchens, or similar businesses. * Knowledge of electricity, refrigeration, hydraulic and sanitary plumbing, industrial safety, painting, and waterproofing. * Proficiency in using hand tools. * Age between 25 and 55 years. Responsibilities: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Supervision and repair of electrical and refrigeration equipment. * Response to hydraulic and sanitary failures. * General upkeep and maintenance of the property. * Compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
