




Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end pre-payroll and payroll management, including calculation of earnings, deductions, severance payments, and payroll CFDI stamping, as well as administration of social security and tax obligations. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end pre-payroll and payroll management 2. Social security and tax obligation administration (IMSS/INFONAVIT) 3. Payroll CFDI calculation and stamping 1\. Comprehensive Pre\-Payroll and Payroll Management Earnings and Deductions Calculation: Processing weekly, biweekly, or monthly payrolls, ensuring accurate calculation of absences, tardiness, overtime, Sunday premiums, and vacation entitlements. Severance and Settlement Calculations: Precise calculation of employment terminations in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), distinguishing between voluntary resignations and dismissals. Payroll CFDI Stamping: Ensuring each payroll receipt is correctly stamped under version 4\.0 standard and that concepts (earnings/deductions) match SAT catalogs. 2\. Social Security and Tax Obligations (IMSS / INFONAVIT) IDSE and SUA Management: Managing employee registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications with IMSS. Handling the Unified Self-Determination System (SUA) for employer-employee contribution payments. EMA and EBA Determination: Monthly and bimonthly reconciliation of IMSS submissions against internal records to prevent discrepancies and penalties. Work Risk Factor: Annual calculation of the Work Risk Premium and updating it with the relevant institute. INFONAVIT and FONACOT Withholdings: Managing notices of withholding, modification, and suspension of employee deductions.
