




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive HR Analyst to support human talent management—from recruitment to personnel administration—contributing to process efficiency and employee well-being. Advising employees and preparing talent reports We seek a proactive HR Analyst with excellent organizational and communication skills. The primary objective is to support various areas of human talent management—from recruitment and selection to personnel administration—contributing to process efficiency and employee well-being. Main Responsibilities: Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination). Manage onboarding of new hires. Administer personnel files and update databases. Collaborate on performance management, training, and development. Provide support in payroll and benefits administration. Advise employees on HR policies and procedures. Prepare talent management reports and metrics. Weekly payroll processing, social security registrations and cancellations, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc. Requirements: * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in HR Analyst or similar roles. * Knowledge of local labor legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate\-advanced Excel). * Familiarity with an ATS or HR management system. * Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and service orientation. * Organizational ability, discretion, and attention to detail.
