A postgraduate degree or diploma in gastronomy and costing is a plus. Food handling (food safety) training with official accreditation certificates and/or certifications. Mandatory: 5 years of operational experience in food and beverage consumption centers, including high-volume operations. Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating mass catering services.
