* **Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** 5+ years in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. * **Knowledge:** Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, process control, automation. * **Competencies:** Leadership, technical analysis, project management, effective communication, results orientation. * **Manufacturing Process Management** * Design, develop, and improve production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. * Analyze cycle times, methods, and workflow, implementing improvements that reduce costs and waste. * Ensure proper process documentation (work instructions, route sheets, PFMEA, control plans, etc.). * **New Products and Technology Transfer** * Coordinate the introduction of new products and processes (NPI / NPIE). * Ensure validation of equipment, fixtures, and tools prior to production start-up. * Collaborate with product engineering, quality, and production teams on industrialization of new designs. * **Languages:** Intermediate–Advanced English
