Job Summary: Teletón Foundation is seeking a Technical Support Assistant to provide on-site and remote assistance, maintaining equipment and operating systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. You will provide on-site technical support to users and classrooms. 2. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. 3. You will assist in the administration of LAN and WiFi networks. Teletón Foundation invites you to join our great team as a Technical Support Assistant. Duties to be performed: • Provide on-site technical support to classrooms and users. • Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software failures. • Install and configure computers, printers, and peripherals. • Assist in the administration of LAN and WiFi networks. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment (cleaning, physical inspection, simple peripheral replacement). • Install and update corporate software. • Assist in the basic installation or configuration of projectors or classroom equipment. • Track incidents in ticketing systems. • Provide support for connecting devices during internal events. Requirements: *6 months to 1 year of experience providing technical support. *Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. (Diploma and ID) *Windows, Linux, or macOS operating systems. *Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). *Microsoft Office. *Basic knowledge of servers, virtualization, and information security. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00 hrs. We Offer:  Base salary.  Statutory benefits.  Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
