Position: Sub-Chef and Shift Coverage Work Locations: Toks Guadalupe Inn Toks Barranca del Muerto Toks Narvarte Toks Ángel Urraza Toks Cuauhtémoc Work Schedule: Morning and evening shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off / Availability to rotate shifts Requirements: Two years of experience in a similar role at chain restaurants, specifically in the production area, personnel management, handling kitchen utensils, cooking methods, cutting techniques, preparation of base sauces, meat cuts, and knowledge of the HACCP standard. Education: High school diploma, related technical degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy. Flexible availability of working hours. Residence in areas near the workplace. Responsibilities: Supervise and control dish preparation. Plan daily production. Supervise equipment operation. Supervise kitchen area cleaning. Conduct inventory counts and purchase scheduling. Verify and replenish raw materials. Interact with suppliers. Train staff. Clean the work area.
