Position Summary: We are seeking a Security Engineer with experience in solution design and Agile methodologies, responsible for information security and regulatory compliance within the financial sector. We hold the Socially Responsible Enterprise (ESR) distinction. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!** **Security Engineer** **Responsibilities:** * Design and development of security solutions. * Execution of processes aligned with Agile methodology. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree \- Systems Engineering or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Serve as the strategic liaison for Information Security with regulatory authorities (Bank of Mexico / SPEI and CNBV). * Review, collect, and validate that technical security evidence strictly complies with current financial regulations. * Collaborate in defining and implementing technical security controls for new institutional projects and business initiatives. * Identify technical compliance gaps and coordinate mitigation plans with infrastructure and development teams. * Ensure proper application of cryptography (digital signatures and certificates) and secure authentication/authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth 2\.0, OpenID Connect). * Supervise the robustness of data protection controls (DLP, encryption, tokenization), network security (Firewalls, WAF, VPN), and infrastructure hardening. * Provide technical support and defense during annual financial sector security audits. **Location:** * Mexico City **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Superior benefits * Career development plan *We are an inclusive company free from any form of discrimination, where opportunities are available to those who demonstrate attitude and talent.
