We seek to incorporate into our team a professional with solid experience in the **ADUANET M3 and CASA systems**, and as a **Customs Document Specialist**, who will help strengthen our operations, documentary strategy, and client service.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a **Customs Operations Executive and Customs Document Specialist**, responsible for comprehensively managing import and export cargo control, acting as the key liaison between clients and customs authorities. Their primary objective will be to ensure an appropriate documentary strategy, thorough file preparation, customs entry filing, timely invoicing, and growth of our client portfolio.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Full preparation, review, and management of customs documentation (Customs Document Specialist).
* Entry filing and tracking in the ADUANET M3 and CASA systems.
* Impeccable accounts receivable administration and collections process.
* Calculation and verification of Tariff Classification (TIGIE).
* Active client support and follow-up (document delivery, status updates, payments, and reports).
* Documentation handling for payments and verification of customs procedures.
* Support during customs inspections and verifications.
* Preparation and updating of daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports.
* Collaborate on client portfolio expansion and retention.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**Mandatory:**
* Minimum **2 years of experience**
* Solid experience as a **Customs Document Specialist** (preparation and review of documentary files).
* Experience in customs clearance and management of import/export operations.
* Advanced knowledge of tariff classification calculation.
* **Intermediate\-advanced English proficiency.**
**Desirable:**
* Experience working with a **customs license** (2 years).
* Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, Customs, or related field.
Work schedule and location:
Polanco, CDMX
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Position type: Full-time, indefinite term
Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month
Experience:
* CASA OR ADUANET M3 SYSTEM: 2 years (Mandatory)
* WORKING AS A CUSTOMS EXECUTIVE: 2 years (Desirable)
