Available Positions * Chef / Head Chef * Sous Chef / Shift Supervisor * Cook A * Cook B * Kitchen Assistant * Dishwasher *(Indicate your position of interest and prior experience in that role in your application.)* General Responsibilities * Food preparation according to standardized recipes * Strict adherence to portion weights and sizes * Careful plating and uniform presentation * Continuous station cleaning * Adherence to service timing * Coordinated work with bar and front-of-house staff * Support in production and basic inventory control Candidate Profile * Proven experience in formal restaurants * Minimum one-year tenure in previous positions (preferred) * Punctuality and commitment * Order and discipline at the station * Ability to work under pressure * Flexible availability (including weekends) Base Monthly Salaries * Chef / Head Chef: $14,000 – $17,000 * Sous Chef: $11,000 – $13,000 * Cook A: $9,000 – $11,000 * Cook B: $9,000 – $11,000 * Kitchen Assistant: $9,000 – $10,000 * Dishwasher: $9,000 – $9,500 \+Tips (Subject to experience, performance, and assigned responsibilities.)
