




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional to lead training programs, coordinate learning communities, and design specialized technology curricula. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a professional with a background in Engineering or Information Technology to lead training programs in technology-driven environments. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating learning communities, designing specialized curricula, and ensuring expert participation in key areas such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data analytics. Key Responsibilities: Design and update learning pathways and IT training plans. Coordinate knowledge communities and foster collaboration among experts. Implement digital learning strategies (LMS, microlearning, webinars). Develop reports and dashboards to track training progress. Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in technology training. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in IT, Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in technology training, project management, or technical leadership. Knowledge of ISO 27001, change management (DNC, ADKAR), cloud fundamentals, and data analysis. Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
