Position Objective: Provide expert support for payroll processes within a Shared Service Center for Latin America, ensuring accurate execution, operational continuity, and continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: Technical and operational support in payroll processes Support for critical processes to ensure operational continuity Assistance in payroll calculations, validations, and closings Participation in process and system improvements, standardization, and implementation Validation of incidents and compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations Collaboration with internal departments and vendors Documentation of processes and best practices Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field 4–6 years of payroll experience Experience in Shared Service Centers or regional structures Experience in system implementations or improvements Knowledge of labor, tax, and social security legislation We Offer: Salary: $20,000 gross monthly Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Hybrid work arrangement Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 4 years of experience Languages: English Keywords: specialist, especialista, sueldo, paga, retribucion, salary, payslip, payroll, wage, pay, payment, nominista
