Digital transformation and business continuity **Purpose of the Position** To combine strategic leadership with solid technological expertise and be responsible for aligning technological infrastructure and services with business objectives. Responsibilities * Plans and directs the organization’s technology strategy. * Manages infrastructure, networks, software, systems, and information security. * Leads the IT team. * Manages technology budgets and vendors. * Ensures operational continuity of systems. **Academic Qualifications** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields. **Required Experience** * 5 years of experience in technology areas. * Experience leading technical teams. * Technology project management. * Implementation of enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, and Digital Counting Systems). * Budget management and vendor relations. **Technical Competencies** * In-depth knowledge of SAP * Technological infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud) * Cybersecurity * Databases * Software architecture * IT service management * Digital transformation * Business continuity **Soft Skills** * Leadership * Strategic thinking * Decision-making * Effective communication * Negotiation * Change management * Problem-solving **Responsibilities** * Design the IT strategic plan. * Supervise information security. * Ensure system availability and performance. * Evaluate emerging technologies. * Coordinate technology projects. * Administer technology contracts. * Report results to senior management.
