Proficiency in computer use is mandatory. OBJECTIVE: Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and carry out painting, finishing, electrical, and general building maintenance tasks. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree. **Desirable: Knowledge in Electromechanics** Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar position, verifiable. Knowledge of general maintenance, electricity, and masonry. Flexible availability of working hours. Possession of Letters of Recommendation and verifiable employment references \*VERIFIABLE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Preventive maintenance (general restrooms, lamp inspections, painting, ceilings, lighting). 2\. Building preventive maintenance (roofs, desks, chairs, exterior protective mesh). 3\. Electrical repairs (light fixtures, switches, motion sensors, electrical wiring). 4\. Masonry (finishing work, floor replacements, wall and ceiling repairs). 5\. Furniture relocation. 6\. Basic knowledge of electronics and electricity. 7\. Painting, patching, welding, and tool usage. SALARY: Net monthly salary ranging from $10,000\.00 to $12,000\.00 MXN, depending on qualifications. WORK LOCATION: Lomas de Chapultepec III Sección. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 hours; Saturdays, 08:00 to 13:00 hours.
