Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment processes, personnel management, training, and organizational climate improvement in a Mexican company. Key Responsibilities: 1. You will lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding of personnel. 2. You will manage personnel files, payroll, and performance evaluations. 3. You will promote team integration and a positive organizational climate. We are looking for your talent as **"Human Resources Manager"** — join our team! · Personnel recruitment and selection (job posting, interviews, psychometric testing, hiring, facility tours, IMSS registration follow-up) · Onboarding of new employees. · Preparation and signing of employment contracts. · Compilation of personnel files. · Personnel evaluation. · Preparation of preliminary payroll. · Preparation and tracking of payroll incidents. · Development of a training matrix for all staff (internal and external). · Creation of job descriptions. · Internal communication. · Organizational chart updates. · Processing of employee terminations. · Conducting Organizational Climate Assessments. · Organizing team-building events, health campaigns, etc. · Participating in the formulation, development, and implementation of human resources administration policies or strategies. · Encouraging team integration and positive interpersonal relationships among staff. · Knowledge of Quality Management Systems · Updating Quality Management System procedures Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,467\.28 \- $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
