**Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator in Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Requirements:** Electromechanical engineering or related field Experience in maintenance and facilities management **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement the annual authorized facility maintenance program, adhering to scheduled frequencies and defined service scopes. * Maintain positive and effective communication with the Facility Manager (FM). * Implement continuous supervision routines for critical equipment and maintain general knowledge of facilities and systems. * Effectively coordinate and manage teams to address facility requirements and any emergency situations that may arise. * Knowledge of current Mexican Official Standards (NOM) applicable to required work activities. * Provide immediate and effective response in case of any deviation affecting systems deemed critical to operational continuity. * Supervise all work and/or maintenance performed by third-party specialists on any facility system or equipment. * Promptly track any damage, recommendations, or deviations identified in the facilities. * Control and manage service, maintenance, or repair reports for any equipment, system, or furniture within the facilities. * Maintain excellent collaboration with cleaning supervision to ensure facilities remain 100% operational and in optimal health and environmental condition. * Provide courteous and respectful assistance for any support request or report submitted by users or team members. * Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations during execution of any work or requirement. * Maintain effective and courteous communication with management to coordinate activities requiring their support or approval. **We offer:** Salary: $23,352 MXN gross per month Statutory benefits Social Security Institute (IMSS) and life insurance after 3 months Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Work location: Santa Fe **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree — completed **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Maintenance and repairs **Industry:** Commercial Real Estate *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a109485370000320018cba3\&source\=indeed*
