Your role will be essential in maintaining the health of our portfolio by helping our users find the path to get current on their consumer loans, credit cards, or other loans. What will your responsibilities be? * Conduct telephone collections outreach to contact customers with overdue payments. * Follow up on payment commitments. * Clear and Transparent Financial Advisory: Explain to customers—clearly and empathetically—the terms of their debt, available *settlement options* or payment benefits offered by the bank, and the consequences of failing to settle the balance. You will serve as the information bridge enabling customers to make the best possible financial decision. What are we looking for in you? * Prior experience in collections (preferably in banking, finance, or *call center* environments). * Negotiation skills and goal-oriented mindset. * Basic knowledge of banking products (e.g., credit cards, personal loans). * Proficiency in collections management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
