We are recognized for our expertise in hair removal using cutting-edge methods and techniques. **Job requirements** Minimum one year of experience in the following activities: * Customer service (preferably in retail) * Experience and passion for sales. (mandatory) * Cash and terminal-based service payment, cash register closing. (mandatory) * Age between 21 and 35 years. * Minimum education required: Completed high school diploma (mandatory) **Job responsibilities** You will welcome customers and confirm their scheduled services; notify the corresponding therapist of their arrival; sell complementary services and products; request Google Maps reviews; process payments and transactions (cash and credit card); answer questions about services; schedule appointments based on availability; confirm appointments; inform customers about our services and discounts; conduct inventory counts and cash register closings. **Personal characteristics** * Responsible. * Professional. * Honest. * Punctual. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent customer service orientation. * Strong oral and written communication skills. **Work location and schedule** * Av. Renacimiento, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Ciudad de México, CDMX. * Afternoon shift and Sundays: Monday to Friday 2:10 pm \- 9:15 pm, Sundays 8:30 am \- 6:15 pm (Saturdays off) **Benefits and additional perks** * Monthly base salary of $9,500\. * Bi-weekly tips. * Monthly commissions. * Monthly bonus for punctuality and sales performance. * Full statutory benefits, 15-day Christmas bonus (possibility of 30 days), discounts on services and products, job stability with indefinite-term contract. * Paid training and uniform provided by the company.
