**Job Opening: Accounting Assistant** **Work Location:** WTC, Satélite Naucalpan, State of Mexico We are seeking an **Accounting Assistant** with solid knowledge, a proactive attitude, and a desire to develop professionally within a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance**, or a related field (degree holder or intern). * Prior experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of: * General accounting * Taxes * Payroll * Invoicing * SAT platform * Accounting software systems (preferably **CONTPAQi** and/or **Aspel\-COI**). * Intermediate to advanced **Excel** skills (databases and reporting). * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Ability to perform reconciliations and accounting analysis. * Organizational skills and ability to work in a team. * Proactivity, responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to continue learning. **Key Responsibilities** * Preparation of working papers for monthly tax calculations. * Analysis and determination of local taxes. * Processing and recording of accounting transactions. * Requesting invoices. * Issuing and managing working papers. * Bank reconciliations. * Monthly submission of trial balances. * Updating and safeguarding accounting files with monthly backups. **Employment Offer** * Monthly salary: **$9,937 net, fully free of deductions.** * **$1,000 monthly grocery vouchers in addition to salary.** * Major medical expense insurance starting from the **third month**. * **20 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo).** * **25% vacation premium.** * **7\.5% savings fund contribution.** * Continuous training and updates on accounting regulations. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Collaborative and motivating work environment. **If you are interested in this position and meet the requirements, please apply.** **We look forward to welcoming you!** Salary: $9,937\.00 \- $10,000\.00 per hour Application Question(s): * How old are you? * Are you currently employed? * What are your salary expectations? * How long does it take you to commute from your residence to the work location at WTC, Naucalpan, State of Mexico?
