3PL WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER

**Job Objective:** Self-management to lead and optimize the logistics management of our perishable products (chilled, frozen) and dry goods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of inventory distributed across **three external logistics warehouses (3PL)**, ensuring efficiency, control, and product integrity from receipt through final delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * **3PL Inventory Management:** * Supervise and manage chilled, frozen, and dry product inventory located in the three logistics warehouses. * Schedule and coordinate cyclical and periodic inventory plans jointly with the 3PL providers. * Lead and execute the **weekly inventory reconciliation process** with each 3PL, validating batches, expiration dates, and physical vs. system stock levels. * **Product Flow Coordination:** * Manage the complete **product transfer cycle**: from request initiation and appointment scheduling for deliveries, to tracking physical and system-based receipt in WMS and Oracle. * Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of **orders destined for business units**, guaranteeing correct delivery. * **Quality Control and Shrinkage:** * Proactively manage **Non-Conforming Products (NCP)**, coordinating their identification, segregation, and final disposition. * Implement strategies to control and reduce **shrinkage and expired products**, analyzing root causes and proposing corrective actions. **Knowledge and Experience:** * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in supervisory or managerial roles in logistics operations, preferably working with 3PL providers. * Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience using Warehouse Management Systems **(WMS)** and Enterprise Resource Planning systems **(ERP)**.
