Job Summary: This role is critical to Kavak's growth, supporting the monitoring, analysis, and improvement of operational processes, as well as dashboard development and documentation. Join us as **Ops Junior Analyst || Kavak San Ángel**! *What will your mission be?* * Monitor and report operational performance metrics periodically (daily, weekly, and monthly). * Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas of opportunity. * Support the design and implementation of improvements to internal operations processes. * Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data visualization tools. * Document processes, standards, and procedures for the operations team. * Participate in continuous improvement and operational transformation projects. *What are we looking for?* * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related field. * Prior experience in operations or data analysis roles is a plus. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, basic macros). * Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Basic SQL knowledge for database querying. *What do we offer?* * Gross monthly salary (paid biweekly via HSBC) * Monthly food vouchers: $1,056 (unrestricted) * Statutory benefits and above-statutory benefits from day one * Short-term professional growth * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Brand discount * Payroll advances and discounts with partner establishments * Life insurance The best workplace culture!
